The Journey to REFRAME

My journey began in the depths of personal crisis. Like many, I found myself trapped in cycles of self-sabotage, armed with a PhD's worth of excuses and a lifetime of limiting beliefs. The breakthrough came when I discovered that the same patterns appeared across seemingly unrelated fields: neuroscience, ancient scriptures, Napoleon Hill's success principles, and NLP.

What started as personal research became a fifteen-year obsession. I studied under master NLP practitioners, dove deep into neuroscience research, explored the wisdom traditions of multiple faiths, and tested everything on myself first. The result is REFRAME—a synthesis that works because it addresses transformation from every angle.

Today, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of people break free from their recursive patterns of self-limitation. Through books, coaching, and speaking, my mission is simple: to give you the tools to become the architect of your own reality.

The REFRAME Philosophy

As Above, So Below

This ancient Hermetic principle isn't just mystical poetry—it's a description of how reality actually works. Your internal state creates your external reality. The patterns in your mind are fractals that replicate in your life. Change the code, change the output.

Science Meets Spirit

I refuse to choose between empirical evidence and spiritual wisdom. The most profound truths appear in both. Neuroplasticity confirms what mystics have taught for millennia: you can rewire your brain. The observer effect in quantum physics echoes the scriptural teaching that consciousness shapes reality.

No-Nonsense Transformation

I don't believe in gentle affirmations that make you feel good while changing nothing. Real transformation requires confronting your patterns, understanding their recursive nature, and systematically replacing them with new code. It's uncomfortable. It works.
